94-Year-Old Mother And 70-Year-Old Daughter Recover From COVID

Ever since the ongoing Coronavirus hit India many doctors and researchers opined that patients above the age group of 60 are more vulnerable to the virus and the fatality rate in this particular age group added strength to the opinion.
But proving the opinion wrong a mother-daughter dup who age 94 years and 70 years respectively managed to recover from the virus and got discharged from the hospitals accordingly.
Going into detail, the mother-daughter duo who hail from Chennai city contacted the Coronavirus last week and got admitted to a private hospital in the Arumbakam area. After taking treatment for five days the duo tested negative for the virus.
Thanks to the oxygen therapy provided by the doctors at the hospitals. The duo who developed symptoms of fever and body pains took everyone by surprise and recovered from the disease.
In the last 24 hours, Tamil Nadu reported 5,958 fresh COVID cases which takes the total infections in the sate to 3,97,261. so far, 6,839 patients breathe their last battling the contagious disease.
