A Bullet which could change Direction in Mid Air

The US Military has tested its new invention what could be called as 'smart' bullet which is capable of changing direction in mid-air after it has been fired to his its target. So, The Soldier can't miss their target even if there was a strong wind or dusty terrain.
Fire Tests of the Extreme Accuracy Tasked Ordnance (EXACTO) programme has been conducted by the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The Prime Motto of EXACTO programme is to improve the accuracy in gun firing and the invention of first ever guided small-caliber bullet.
Another advantage of this newly developed bullet is it helps help Military hit the target even if the aim is off. If it was successful, US Military claims the credit fore revolutionizing rifle accuracy.
