Bra Unhooking Contest draws flak

Strange are the ways few People choose to garner the attention and even special occasions such as World's Women Day weren't spared.
A Mall in Liuzgou (China) held an 'Bra Unhooking Contest' on March 8th on the eve of World's Women Day. The challenge for the participants is that they have to unhook the bra with single hand.
Notably, 7 out of 8 Contestants were Women. The Organizers declared a woman contestant as a winner after she managed to unhook 6 bras in 14 seconds with single hand. Post the contest, Models who covered their faces with masks did cat walk much to the delight of the shoppers.
How can organizing such contests be justified? At least, The Organizers shouldn't have held such a contest on World's Women Day. What do you say?
