A Cow in India much safer than a Muslim!

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor took a dig at Narendra Modi's government saying it can't promote 'Make in India' initiative abroad at the time when 'Hate in India' campaign is going on in the country.
During the debate on intolerance in Lok Sabha, Shashi Tharoor commented that communalism has been dividing India. He did mention a quote of his Bangladesi Friend on this occasion 'Its safer to be a Cow than a Muslim in India Today'.
Stating that fundamentalists in Bangladesh have been attacking India due to growing intolerance, Shashi Tharoor said - 'Ashamed with the reputation we are gaining abroad'. He adds, Union Government holds the responsibility to protect 'Unity in Diversity'. Has Prime Minister Narendra Modi forget he belongs to people of all castes and religions?
