A Firm Reminds College Days By Locking Employees In Office!

Colleges give us many memories and the management locking students from going out is almost common in student's life. The majority of students would face this. But a few employees faced a similar experience as they were locked in the office. The management did this to stop employees from leaving the place without permission.
Going into details, Coding Ninjas, an edtech company which is based in Gurugram reportedly locked the employees in the office. A video that says the same is doing rounds on social media and the firm is facing severe heat for the alleged ill-treatment of the employees.
In the video which is now trending on social media, a watchman can be seen locking the gate of the office. The watchman even used chains. Watchman can be heard as saying that employees should get permission to go out and he was instructed by the Manager to not let anyone go.
The Gurugram-based ed-tech company is facing severe heat from various corners over the viral video. Many are asking how the company can behave with the employees like that and this is an example of how toxic the work environment can be.
The company issued a clarification on this and said that the incident happened in one of our offices and what happened is regrettable. Saying that the issue was rectified in a few minutes and the employee who did this had apologized for what had happened.
"We want to clarify that the incident that recently occurred in one of our offices was due to a regrettable action by an employee. It was immediately rectified within minutes, and the employee acknowledged his mistake and apologised for the inconvenience caused," the company said on Twitter.
