This shocking data was revealed by the Data for Progress company, a non-profit body that has found out that around 52 percent of people who were under the age group of 45 have lost their jobs so far in the country.
Interestingly a mere 26 percent are on the verge of this who were above the age group of 45. Out of them, the black voters are going through the tough times of the crisis with more than 45 percent of them lost their lives reportedly.
"Americans do not have the cushion to survive a shock to their income of this magnitude without assistance, as 51 percent report being able to go one month or less without income without having issues paying bills, and we will only see the proportion of people having difficulty covering basic costs increase as the crisis goes on," the findings showed.
The survey has also found that along with losing jobs most of the US voters wnt through the cutting of their work hours while some of them were in leave with the impact of lockdown.
