A Tunnel For PM Modi?

Well! Here's something that PM Narendra Modi doing to ensure that there are no traffic snarls because of his frequent travel on Delhi roads. He is getting a tunnel dug from the Parliament house to PMO office. He will travel through this tunnel to avoid traffic jams for the general public.

Whenever the PM takes to travel on the Delhi roads, the vehicular traffic will come to a halt. This is causing untold inconvenience to the people on the road. To offset this problem, Modi has decided to have a tunnel built for his travel. In view of the plan for the new parliament building and remodelling of the existing one, there was a high-level meeting recently at the Centre for Environmental planning and technology in Delhi. At the meeting, the tunnel plan was also discussed in detail. This tunnel can help avoid traffic problems for the VVIPs.

Architect Bimal Patel is leading the team of planners for the construction of the tunnel route. This is a welcome development for the denizens of Delhi city, where frequent VVIP traffic is a huge problem and leaves vehicles stranded for long time almost on a daily basis.
