However, Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) condemned the allegations of data breach. Even an FIR was lodged against the Journalist.
BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha breathed fire on Centre for reporting the alleged malfunctioning and misuse of Aadhar. He questions whether if it can't be treated as political vendetta. 'Are we living in a Banana Republic? Even public is being victimised for coming out honestly for society & the nation,' he commented.
Mr.Sinha congratulated the Editors Guild of India for taking the matter seriously. He is hopeful that Supreme Court and Honest Authorities will take notice and come out with corrective measures. 'Satyameva Jayate! Jai Hind!,' wrote the MP.
