AAI Seeks The Help Of Krishna District Collector To Grab Lands Of Krishnam Raju, Aswini Dutt

The Vijayawada International Airport authorities are gearing up for the extension works of the Airports. As part of this, the Airport Director Madhusudan Rao has sent a letter to Krishna District Collector A Md Imtiaz to handover 700 acres of land in and around the district.
Some media reports claim that authorities who were directed to carry out the extension works in a phased manner are facing some problems in grabbling lands as the lands in the Kesrapalli area belongs to film personalities.
It has been widely reported that Actor Krishnam Raju Film Producer Ashwini Dutt has 30 and 39 acres of land in the Kesarapalli area.
As the integrated terminal building will be set up near the Airport area, a land of 3.50 lakh square feet is required to facilitate the new terminal building.
According to some media reports, the Airport Director Madhusudan Rao asked Krishna District Collector to handover the lands that belong to the film personalities. Reportedly, the Collector is holding talks with the duo regarding the lands.
