After Kerala One More State Looking At Disha Act?

It has been widely reported that the parties in Delhi are very keen to incorporate the Disha Act in their election manifesto reportedly.
Recently the Kerala government said they don't have any issues in looking at the Disha Act and implement the same in their state.
Now the political parties are showing their interest to implement the Disha Act in Delhi state reportedly. Mainly the AAP(Aam Admi Party) is showing more interest in this act.
Both the ruling AAP and opposition BJP are keeping all their efforts to win the coming assembly polls. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal who implemented many schemes earlier is very keen to add Disha Act in his party manifesto reportedly.
"All other parties keep criticising me that I give everything free to people. They say the government will run into losses. Now we have also made DTC bus rides free for women. The opposition party criticised us for this," Kejriwal said.
"The opposition is saying that all these schemes will stop after the election. Today I am announcing that when our government returns to power, the free services will all continue even for the next five years. You will get 200 units of electricity free for the next five years," he added.
