CBN name mentioned in Charge Sheet

Charge sheet was filed against TDP MLA Revanth Reddy and three others.
Now Political circles are discussing the mention of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu's name in the 'Note for Vote' case charge sheet.As per reports Chandrababu's name was repeatedly mentioned in the charge sheet and this was revealed by Public Prosecutor Surendra Rao.
"We mentioned the name of Chandrababu Naidu in the chargesheet after taking into consideration the details of conversations. We have also considered the statement of complainant Elvis Stephenson" ACB special public prosecutor V Surender Rao told to national media
According to a report in the Times of India, the supplementary charge-sheet in the case will bring down the 'Boss' to the earth.
The charge sheet was 25 page long with 319 documents filed as evidence and 39 witness statements. Revanth Reddy many times brought boss and babu in his conversation with nominated MLA Stephenson. However it remains to be seen if BOSS will be served notices based on these evidences.
