Actor Venkatesh enrolled as voter in Kurnool city?

Has actor and film hero Daggubati Venkatesh become a voter in Kurnool city? We all know Venkatesh to be a resident and a voter in the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency in Hyderabad. He had also exercised his right to vote in the constituency several times in the past.
But, Venkatesh's name has also been enrolled in the voters list in Kurnool city. The voter ID card details show the pic of actor Venkatesh and as a voter in Ward No 31 of Kurnool city. This became a big news and it soon emerged that his photo was submitted by the applicant. Without verifying it properly, the authorities have printed the ID card with the same pic. After the news broke out, the authorities were left red-faced. District Collector Veerapandiyan, who took a serious view of the whole incident, ordered an inquiry into the incident.
He directed Kurnool RDO and Kalluru tehsildar to submit a report to him and has asked that action be taken against the BLO of Ward No 31, who prepared the voters' list. Meanwhile, the whole incident has create quite a sensation in the city.
