Hollywood star Dascha Polanco who known for her role in 'Orange is the New Black' is facing a court battle after allegedly attacking a 17-year-old girl.A Teenager named Michelle Cardona has accused Polanco, 33, of attacking her in the former's Upper Manhattan home on July 29. The actress appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court Thursday regarding the case.Cardona alleged that Polanco punched her in the head, pulled her hair and used fingernails to strike her arms.
However Polanco's lawyer said This is an attempt to extort money by making a false claim.
