Actress Kidnapped minor girl with her BMW car!!

According to the reports, Khan tried to kidnap a minor girl with her BMW Car who refuted the sexual advances of her cousin.
Khan had filed a petition seeking to quash the case registered against her by the Navi Mumbai police on the grounds that she was not involved in the kidnapping and was falsely implicated in the case.But the Bombay High Court today said it cannot order canceling of the police case against the actress for suspected connection in the kidnapping of a minor girl as the evidence shows that her car was used in the crime
"How can you say you are not connected when your BMW vehicle has been used? How can we quash this complaint?" the bench asked.
Sana was booked by the police for her involvement in the abduction of a 15-year-old girl in April this year. Sana Khan's nephew Naved Khan (18) and the 15-year-old complainant girl became friends on social network in November, and then started meeting. After a few months, Naved proposed marriage to her but the girl refused. Naved kept pursuing her.
On April 30, when the girl was returning home, Naved, who was in a BMW with three friends and Sana on the wheel, stopped her at and tried to drag her into the car. But the girl managed to escape.Sana Khan, who will be seen opposite actor Salman Khan in the upcoming film 'Mental', has denied the allegations. But, if Sana Khan is proved to be involved in the kidnap case, her career will be affected inadequately!
