After 2 Years Fans Permitted to watch IPL at Stadiums!

Since the Covid had hit, the whole IPL season is being played in India.
Ahead of the start of the tournament, the IPL governing council had come up with a piece of good news for the fans. The news is that fans will be allowed to enter the stadiums, however, a cap of 25 percent was imposed. Keeping the situation in mind, the BCCI had decided to put a cap on the fans' attendance.
In the statement, the IPL Council said that fans will be allowed to visit the stadiums so that the fans can witness the matches and cheer for the team. The council said that the fans will now be allowed who were not permitted given the Covid situation.
"This match will be a momentous occasion as the 15th edition of the IPL will welcome the fans back to the stadiums after a brief hiatus owing to the pandemic. Ardent cricket fans are all set to witness nail-biting matches, cheering for their favourite players at the most anticipated cricket tournament of all time," the IPL council maintained.
It has to be mentioned here that after the Covid outbreak, the BCCI has shifted the matches to UAE. When a few matches were played in India, they were played without any attendance as a safety measure. After around two years, fans were permitted to the stadiums for the Test match against Sri Lanka for Virat Kohli's historic test.
