After father, son too raises the red flag

After the father, now it's the turn of the son to raise the red flag. YSRCP MLA Vasantha Krishna Prasad made interesting and politically loaded comments. He said he was ruing joining politics. He said he was repenting his becoming an MLA. His statement has come soon after his father and former home minister Vasantha Nageswara Rao met TDP MP Kesineni Nani the other day.
Vasantha Krishna Prasad said that there was a sea change in the politics these days. He said he was still in the old mould and was finding it very difficult to adopt to the new style of politics. .He said the current crop of politicians are abrasive and abusive. He said they are always accompanied by a bunch of henchmen. "I am unable to this as I believe in the old values," he said.
Of late Vasantha Krishna Prasad has been singing a different tune. He has been expressing his dissatisfaction at the way the things are going on. Sources say that he is unhappy that he has not been considered for a ministerial post in the recent cabinet reshuffle. He felt that he would made a minister in the Kamma community quota. However, Jagan did not take this into account.
Another major worry for Mylavaram MLA is that minister and party colleague Jogi Ramesh is reportedly planning to shift his constituency. He is planning to contest from Mylavaram. This only means that he may have to make way for the minister in the 2024 election. Hence Vasantha Krishna Prasad has been showing his disenchantment with the YSRCP through controversial statements.
