TDP Leader Yarapathineni Srinivasa Rao is in neck-deep trouble. CB-CID submitted its report on the illegal mining of limestone and quartz to the High Court. Statements of the Witnesses and the Bank Transaction Details were included in the report.
High Court threw the ball in the court of YCP Government by asking it to decide whether if it wishes to recommend CBI Probe or not. Court will be recommended CBI Probe into the illegal mining if State Government wants to make it happen.
Considering the probe reports in which enormous illegal mining was confirmed, There is every possibility of YCP Government using the services of CBI and ED. CB-CID found out that Yarapathineni Srinivasa Rao has been indulging in illegal mining for the past 18 years and the scam could be worth Rs 500 crore. Statements of Retired and Current Officials in the Mining Department in Dachepally and Pidiguralla Mandals were recorded.
