After Telanana, AP Claims Credit For Detecting Tabligh's Role

Who has first identified the role of the Tablighi Jamaat in spreading Corona virus? After Telagnana police claim that it were they who first identified that those returning from the Tabligh meet in Delhi as the carriers of corona virus, now the AP police too have thrown their hat in the ring to claim credit.
The AP police now claim that they were the first to unearth the secret Tabligh meet in Delhi and alerted the Centre about it. It claims that despite several Indonesians being arrested in Karimnagar, the Telangana police did not realise that the Tablighi Jamaat was involved. The AP police, however, understood the role of Tabligh when Guntur East MLA's brother-in-law who went to the Tabligh meet in Delhi was tested positive. Police enquiries revealed that the meeting was attended by several thousands of people from all across the world. The AP government claims it has first alerted the Centre It says at least 13702 persons had attended the meet.
The AP police suspect that at least 7930 out of the 13702 persons who attended the meeting were Corona positive. They said that effective quarantine and treatment methods alone can bring the situation under control.
