Agnipath Violence: State Faces 200 Cr Loss!

Instead of staging silent protests demanding the callback of the Agnipath scheme, the protestors took the violent protests which led to a tense situation.
The Bharatiya Janata Party alliance ruled Bihar became the first state to face the music. The protest had started in the state earlier this week and the protests have been going on for the past four days from now.
As the protestors attacked the railway station, properties were damaged largely, and the loss that occurred is said to be in crores. Train coaches were burnt and other pieces of equipment inside the railway stations were vandalized and set on fire by the angry protestors.
After facing protests for four consecutive days, Bihar suffered massive losses of around Rs 200 crores. In a big loss for the Railways, around 50 coaches were set on fire, while 5 engines were burnt completely. Besides this, many properties were damaged.
Going by the information shared by the authorities at the Danapur Railway Station in Bihar's Patna, it is a big loss for the railways and the concerned authorities are working on covering the losses and arresting the guilty.
