Union Minister caught urinating in Public Place

Union Minister for Agriculture Radha Mohan Singh was caught on camera urinating in public. Official Twitter handle of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Today shared the photograph of Security Personnel looking at the other side when Radha Mohan was urinating against a wall. The text shared with the picture reads, 'Amid tight security, the Union Minister of Agriculture gives the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan a boost as he inaugurates an irrigation project in a drought-affected state'.
These photographs were believed to be shot when Radha Mohan Singh visited Motihari on June 25th for a public meeting on the 42nd anniversary of Emergency. After the pictures went viral, The Tweet 'This is BJP's commitment to Swachh Bharat' was posted on Congress Official Twitter handle.
Radha Mohan Singh is a 5-time MP. He represents East Champaran Lok Sabha constituency in Bihar.
