AgriGold Victims In Shock! What's Up?

Around 32 lakh AgriGold Victims are yet to be compensated. The scam is estimated to be worth around Rs 6,380 crore and close to 19 lakh victims hail from AP alone. Other victims are from Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Orissa.
AgriGold Group should pay dues to the tune of Rs 94.62 crore for SBI & Two Other Banks. SBI quoted an estimated cost of Rs 366 crore for AgriGold's major asset, Haailand Resort. While the AgriGold Group claimed the property is worth Rs 1,000 crore four years ago, Government informed the court that it's worth Rs 600 crore.
Victims of AgriGold are shocked with the lower estimated cost quoted by the Banks. Most of them express the doubt if at least half of their payments will be refunded by the Government if such things happen. Reportedly, A Senior Citizen who is one of the victim suffered heart attack upon knowing about the low value quoted for AgriGold Property. He seems to have deposited Rs 20 lakh in AgriGold for the sake of his family.
