AIADMK MLAs watch Movie & Folk Dance at Resort

AIADMK General Secretary VK Sasikala Natarajan made all the MLAs supporting her to stay at the beach resort on East Coast Road in Kuvathur since Wednesday night to prevent horse trading by O Panneerselvam's Camp. Special arrangements have been done for the Legislators to make stay memorable for them.
Reportedly, A movie was screened for AIADMK MLAs at the Beach Resort Yesterday. Even Karakattam which is an ancient folk dance of Tamil Nadu performed in praise of the rain goddess Mariamman has been arranged. It's more like a sponsored picnic for the Lawmakers of Ruling Party in Tamil Nadu.
Ruling Party MLAs who were backing Sasikala's leadership were allowed to speak to their Family Members only under the supervision of the party coordinators. Each of the rooms in the beach resort cost anywhere between Rs 5,000 to Rs 9,000 per day. It has got facilities such as restaurant, bar and mini/home theater to screen movies. Restrictions were imposed on the general public staying close to the resort due to presence of large number of MLAs. This move isn't going down well with the people in the locality.
