Watch: No AC on Air India Flight leads to chaos!
By: Tupaki Desk | 3 July 2017 11:52 AM GMTA Delhi-bound Air India Flight with a non-functioning Air Conditioning System led to chaos mid-air on Sunday. 20 Minutes after take-off, Passengers complained about AC malfunctioning and Crew Members assured it will start working after sometime but that never happened. Protests have been staged by Passengers over the lack of Air Conditioning.
As many as 168 Passengers were onboard the flight, AI-880, travelling from Bagdogra in West Bengal to the National Capital. In the video shared online, Passengers were spotted using magazines in the aircraft for some relief. A Passenger alleged Flight Attendants has asked him not to film how they had been shifted to Delhi.
Debasmita, another passenger, alleged the Oxygen Mask (only one) in the aircraft wasn't in a working condition either. She even lodged a complaint after landing in New Delhi regarding the treatment offered to them. 'Who gave the permission to put lives of passengers at risk? Cabin Crew Ms.Gole described some passengers as stupid. I guess we are because we booked our ticket in Air India,' she wrote.
Air India Spokesperson admits inconvenience caused to passengers of the Delhi-bound Flight. A probe has been ordered on this incident.
