Air Passengers Complain Bad Experience At Mumbai Airport!
By: Tupaki Desk | 20 Dec 2022 12:58 PM GMTThe Mumbai Airport is one of the biggest airports in the nation and it sees good footfalls every day. On weekends the airport named after the Maratha emperor Chhatrapati Shivaji becomes more crowded with passengers' movement. Recently, the Mumbai Airport made a record for seeing the highest number of passengers.
International passengers prefer Mumbai airport to come to India given the connectivity the airport has with other nations. However, international arrivals faced a tough time at the airport after landing due to long queues.
Passengers arriving at the airport at the immigration counter spend around three to four hours in the queue. This happened today as per the information. In the early hours of Tuesday, the passengers faced some issues as the staff are not in sufficient numbers.
A few passengers expressed their dissatisfaction with the Mumbai airport. Saying that despite having a good number of immigration counters at the airport there are no sufficient staff members due to which they had to stand in quests for a few hours.
After a long journey on the flight, standing in queues for long hours makes the passengers exhausted and the passengers who have to go through a biometric identification are not happy with this and complain about the bad experience.
There is a point in what the passengers said. But they have to understand that Airport falls under the Union government's radar and the government has to look into such things. As BJP is in power in Maharashtra and centre the party might look into the issues and address them.
