Akhila Priya planned the Bowenpally Kidnap: CP Anjani Kumar

The Bowenpally kidnap case involving former Minister Bhuma Akhila Priya that took place in the first6 week of January is no less than a commercial film. The list of accused in the case continue to change with the investigation getting deeper.
Hyderabad City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar addressed the media on Monday to reveal the details of the case investigation of the Bowenpally kidnap case.
Addressing the media, the CP said the kidnapping incident is an organised crime that was planned and executed entirely by Bhima Akhila Priya. He said everything was planned in the kidnapping case.
He said SIM cards were purchased to organize the pre-planned kidnap and to co-ordinate with the associates. Six SIM cards were purchased, along with the fake vehicle number plates.
Out of the six SIM cards, Bhuma Akhila Priya used one SIM card. The same was confirmed during the infestation by three more people who were arrested by the cops on Monday.
As one more development in the case, the cops detained three people, Mallikarjun Reddy, Sampath Kumar, and Akhila Priya's PA Bala Chennaiah. The arrests took place in Bowenpally.
Media reports quoted the CP as saying, Akhila Priya's associates did a recce at Praveen Rao residence and gathered some crucial details like when he will be in the house and when he will go out.
The information they gathered in the recce was then shared with Akhila Priya, who planned and organized the kidnap.
On the other hand, the efforts to nab Priya's husband Bhargav Ram and Guntur Srinu are still underway. The duo has been absconding since the incident took place.
