Why Babu Turned Down Rs 9000 Crore?

BJP MLA Akula Satyanarayana accused CM Chandrababu Naidu of offering more prominence to his political aspirations than the welfare of the people. 'CM isn't willing to accept Rs 9,000 crore sanctioned by Centre. All he need to do is creating a Special Purpose Vehicle through which the sanctioned fund will be offered to AP. Instead, He is misleading people only to retain power in 2019,' he fumed.
The Legislator urged people to realize how Chandrababu Naidu accepted Special Package in 2016 and how he took an U-Turn one year before elections for political mileage. He pointed out TDP MPs who accepted subsidies provided for Industries are making a hue & cry over it.
Akula Satyanarayana questioned Naidu how could he spend crores in the name of Deekshas while complaining the state is in financial crisis.
On the other hand, Former Minister Konathala Ramakrishna moved a petition in the High Court bringing to the notice of judiciary about how Centre withdrawn Rs 350 crore sanctioned for development of Backward Districts. He questioned how could Centre take back the sanctioned fund on grounds of denial of approval by the PMO.
