Ali's Condition To Join Any Party - Minister Post!

Comedian Ali broke his silence on the political aspirations in a recent interview. 'Joined TDP in 1999. For two decades, I continued as a Worker. Don't want to remain as a worker anymore. Which ever party (TDP or YCP or JSP) offers Cabinet Berth will get my support. I am not foraying into politics due to lack of money or film offers. I wish to contest from Guntur - 1, Vijayawada - 1 or Rajahmundry,' he makes it clear.
When quizzed if any party asks him to settle for MLA Seat, Ali replied: 'I would politely decline any such proposal. If I was offered a written assurance on cabinet berth, I would certainly tour all over the state as a Star Campaigner.'
Ali clarified he stayed away from Jana Sena because there was no such proposal from Pawan Kalyan. He questioned, 'Why would I join Jana Sena if Pawan Kalyan has clearly asked Me not to expect anything from him. Pawan floated party on his own without taking suggestions from anyone. He is fighting like a soldier. Pawan asked his well-wishers not to walk with him as they would have to face many problems. He says...When you approach Me, You expect something, but you won't get that from Me..So don't come to Me'.
Ali clarified Pawan Kalyan hasn't caused any kind of inconvenience to him ever politically though they are close friends. 'Pawan asked Me whether I would seek any post if Jana Sena forms the government. He is such a straight-forward person. I had travelled with PK as an actor, not as a politician. Pawan knew that I am already in TDP, so he didn't force Me. Even Today, You could find PK's Photo in my purse'.
The Star Comedian didn't offer clarity on when he would join YSR Congress Party. He claims to be waiting for an assurance from Jagan, Vijay Sai Reddy and YV Subba Reddy.
