GHMC Elections: SEC Made Elaborate Arrangements For Vote Counting Process

The local body elections in the Greater Hyderabad region were held on Tuesday. Now, all the eyes are on the vote counting and election results which will begin tomorrow, as per the election schedule announced earlier.
Following this, the Telangana State Election Commission has made all the required arrangements for the smooth vote-counting process. The vote counting will start at 8 AM tomorrow.
Talking about the same, Telangana State Election Commissioner C. Parthasarathy said the vote counting will be conducted in the counting centers across 30 circles for the 150 divisions within the GHMC region limits.
Based on the votes polled, the final results in the wards will be announced. The results of the wards which registered the highest polling percentage will be announced after the third round of counting.
The vote counting process will be done under the surveillance of CCTV cameras and the process will be video graphed by the officials. The counting agents are not supposed to bring cell phones with them at the time of counting.
