In his petition, Jagan told the court he wishes to spend few days with the family of her Sister Sharmila in Bengaluru. In addition, He also informed the court that he has to reach Bengaluru by plane for tours to places like Kadapa, Chittoor and Anantapur. The CBI Court adjourned the hearing of the case to June 26th, 2015.
While granting bail for Jagan in the year 2013, The Special Court ordered the YSR Congress Chief not to leave Hyderabad without prior permission. Later on, Jagan obtained permission from the court to conduct district tours across AP. Now, Yuva Neta wishes to visit Bengaluru as well.
Meanwhile, Two other accused in Jagan's DA Case Vijay Sai Reddy and Nimmagadda Prasad filed separate petitions appealing the court to extend the deadline period to visit the Southern States and evict his name from the CBI chargesheet respectively. The Special Court is yet to deliver its judgment on these petitions.
