Tamil filmmakers are known for coming up with passion films and different subjects from time to time. Suddenly in the span of 30 days, Tamil Industry came up with films like Ratsasan, Priyerum Perumal and 96.
All the movies had was content and popular directors, stars support for them to get a smooth release. Audiences of different age groups and tastes lapped them up.
Vijay Sethupathi who has a great following and different looks, decided to do a nostalgia filled love drama, 96.
The movie with a middle aged couple thinking about their life and missed chances that would have helped them to be Together, won many hearts.
Even the hearts of Dil Raju and Allu Arjun were attracted to the film. Dil Raju before release bought the film remake rights but is still undecided on whom to cast.
Allu Arjun saw the film recently and he wanted to produce the film on him own banner in Telugu. And he asked Dil Raju to sell the rights to him or make him a partner.
But both are undecided on whom to cast. So, there is a chance that they will wait till the wave subsides and release it in Telugu dubbed version, if they can't find someone to cast in coming months.
