YSRCP MLA Found Fault With High Court Verdict

The infamous case of Doctor Sudhakar which went through many twists and turns ended up in the hands of the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) with the AP High Court ruling to hand over the case to CBI.
This development did not go well with the MLA of ruling YSRCP Amanchi Krishna Mohan who represents the Chirala constituency said that handing over Dr. Sudhakar's cases to CBI is not appreciable.
He made these sensational comments at the event which is conducted to mark one year of CM Jagan's victory in the 2019 General Elections. The MLA went on to say that the doctor's case is pity cases and how come the High Court can give such orders.
Amanchi said that the verdict of the state High Court hurt the sentiments of the AP people and if every small case is handed over to CBI, the CBI office should be set-up at each and every police station.
His controversial statements have created a sensation as to ho come an MLA that too ruling party MLA can openly oppose the verdict given by the High Court.
