Amanchi Krishna behind anti vote from TDP MLC?

The Opposition TDP has shocked the ruling YSRCP by strategically bring the Rule No 71 in the Legislative Council and successfully halted the 'three capitals' and creating problems for the AP government.
In a quick turn of events, TDP leaders have voted against the TDP will and supported the YSRCP. This created a sensation in the political circles on how come the TDP leaders ditched the TDP party.
In this havoc, it has been widely reported that YSRCP leaders Amanchi Krishna Mohan and MLA Sudheer Reddy played a crucial role in convincing the TDP MLCs to vote in favour of the ruling party.
While the Legislative Council witnessed voting on Rule No 71, interestingly TDP MLCs Potula Sunita and Shivanagireddy voted against it. While 27 votes were voted in favour, 11 votes were cast against it.
Leaving the TDP in a much shock, nine members remained neutral. One independent member and BJP leaders also remained neutral. According to the rules, the TDP has the powers to take action on the MLCs who voted in favour of the YSRCP. We may have to wait a few more days to see what happens next.
