A well-known leader who once served as Rajya Sabha member has been receiving treatment for health issues for several months. He has been in the ICU ward for some months.
Going into details, a senior politician and Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh who served the party as the general secretary has been treated at a private hospital in Singapore for quite a time.
Amar Singh's wife Pankaja and his twin daughters are assisting him at the hospital. He is a well-known face in Uttar Pradesh politics and he is widely regarded for his political works.
Looking at his health problems, he was admitted to a hospital in Dubai in the year 2003 when he suffered kidney failure. Despite the doctors terming his condition as critical, he recovered and restarted his political career in the year 2016.
Doctors who are treating Amar Singh said his condition is critical. In regard to the facilities and treatment, Singapore Indian Embassy is coordinating with the hospital authorities.
