MLA booked for calling Collector 'HEROINE'!

An FIR has been booked against Chhattisgarh MLA Amarjeet Bhagat for allegedly calling a District Collector as a 'Heroine'.
During a protest at Raipur, The Congress Legislator described Collector Ritu Sain as the one who looks as beautiful as a heroine, but never known for production work. He even dared to call the Education Minister Kedar Kashyap 'Barha' (which means Mad). 'In my entire life, I haven't seen a Mad person like Kedar Kashyap,' he told.
After the remarks went viral on social media, BJP lodged a complaint against the Congress MLA who is representing Sitapur Assembly segment. A case under relevant Sections of IPC has been booked against Amarjeet Bhagat for his objectionable remarks and disrupting the traffic in the name of protest.
