Ambati Rayudu Took First Big Step In Political Journey?
By: Tupaki Desk | 30 Jun 2023 4:35 PMFor the past few weeks, there has been an intense debate about Telugu cricketer Ambati Rayudu's political entry. Adding fuel to this, the cricketer liked a few pro-YCP posts. On top of this, he met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy which grabbed everyone's attention.
Putting an end to long speculation, Ambati Rayudu is said to have announced that his entry will be soon. Following this, he is visiting villages and meeting the people to know their problems. He also said that it is important to know the problems.
Days after saying that, Ambati Rayudu flagged off the political path. As he is from the Guntur district, he is visiting a few regions. As part of this, he visited Phirangipuram and met a few people. He also went to a few religious places and took blessings from the religious heads.
But what caught everyone's attention is that Ambati Rayudu visited the statue of celebrated Kapu leader Vangaveeti Ranga. After garlanding the statue, he took the blessings of the leader. Ranga is seen as a leader of the poor and people used to go to him if they had any issues.
Many say that the former cricketer might have visited the statue to take the first big step in the political journey. Usually, we see politicians garling the statues of famous personalities to increase their image. Now Ambati Rayudu has done that.
Though nothing is confirmed yet, many say that Ambati Rayudu might take the ruling YCP route and contest the elections. In his recent meeting with CM, Rayudu is said to have told the same.
