Did Amit Shah asked CBN to stop Revanth?
By: Tupaki Desk | 29 Oct 2017 9:48 AM ISTThe growing closeness between Revanth Reddy & Congress isn't only a blow to TDP but also its Alliance Partner BJP. None of the two parties were able to take the issue lightly.
If the reports in circulation are to be believed, BJP President Amit Shah telephoned Chandrababu Naidu to ask him to stop Revanth Reddy from joining Congress at any cost. He seems to have even offered to discuss about the possibility of alliance between TDP-BJP in next elections.
It was then Chandrababu Naidu informed Amit Shah about the remarks made by Telangana BJP Leaders against TDP. Earlier, Few BJP Leaders commented that there is no TDP in Telangana State at all. Even Babu told Amit Shah that it's too late for any damage control measure as Revanth Reddy has made-up his mind to leave the party.
Whereas, Telangana BJP President Laxman condemned the reports that Amit Shah called Chandrababu Naidu to talk about Revanth Reddy issue. He clarified BJP willn't interfere in the internal matters of Telugu Desam Party.
