Megastar's Wealth Doubled In Six Years

The affidavit filed by Jaya Bachchan for the Rajya Sabha Polls has disclosed the fact that the combined net worth of herself & her husband Amitabh Bachchan has doubled in a span of six years.
In 2012, Jaya Bachchan declared she and her husband have wealth of around Rs 500 crore. When she filed her Rajya Sabha nomination on Friday, The wealth mentioned by her isn't less than Rs 1,000 crore.
As per the Affidavit, Bachchan Couple have Immovable Assets worth Rs 460 crore (Rs 152 crore in 2012) and Movable Assets worth Rs 540 crore (Rs 343 crore in 2012).
Bachchans have properties in Mumbai, Delhi, Bhopal, Pune, Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Gold and Jewellery worth Rs 62 crore (Big B - Rs 36 crore, Jaya - Rs 26 crore) has been owned by them. 12 Vehicles including Rolls Royce, Porsche, Range Rover, Mercedes Benz, Tata Nano & Tractor they own are worth Rs 13 crore. Watches of Amitabh and Jaya are worth Rs 3.4 crore and Rs 51 lakh respectively.
