Amnesia Case:Juvenile Court Grants Police Custody for Minors

It is known that all the accused in the much-talked-about Jubilee Hills gang rape case were arrested by the investigation officers. Five minors and one major were arrested in the case by the investigation officers. The major was already sent to police custody. Hearing a petition, the court agreed to this.
As another big development, the Juvenile Court granted permission for the cops to take the minor accused into their custody. The cops knocked on the doors of the court to seek permission. The Juvenile court heard the petition today and gave its green signal for the same. The five accused will be taken into custody.
With this, all the accused will be under police custody for the next few days. Earlier, there were reports that the cops were of the opinion of filling the petition to seek trial of the minors accused in the Jubilee Hills gang rape case as adults given the horrible act they did. However, there is no info on whether the cops filed the petition or not.
The heinous gang rape case happened earlier last month. But the victim did not inform the same to her parents for a few days. After the victim told her parents they moved the local cops.
In her statement, the victim reportedly said that she was taken in a car by the accused on the pretext of offering a lift. But they took turns in raping her and later they dropped her at the pub back.
