The Minor-girl gang rape case in Hyderabad which is dubbed as the Jubilee Hills rape case is going through several twists and turns. Who is the main accused in the case became the crucial matter here? While the opposition, mainly the Telangana wing of BJP, is alleging that influential people might be behind this, the Police department is saying there is no evidence to prove that found so far.

The sensational rape case took a big turn when BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao called for a press meeting and released pictures and videos of one of the accused, who is an MLA's son according to him. Everyone wondered how an MLA gathered information even before the cops could do it.

In a recent TV debate, Raghunandan Rao was asked the same. When the news presenter asked if leaking pictures and videos could land him in trouble, the BJP leader said that he is not running away from the city and as a law-abiding citizen he is ok if the DCP wants to arrest him and he won't resist his arrest.

"Whether they are minor or not, let the court or police decide that. I have put forth the evidence before the police and the public. Now the police should determine if there was the involvement of the MLA's son or not," the BJP Netha said.

Now the investigation officers made another big breakthrough reportedly. It is said that the hair sample of the victim was collected from the Innova and Benz cars and was sent to the lab for testing. The accused sperm was also collected and the reports are awaited.

The test reports are going to be crucial in the case investigation. Besides this, the statement of the victim will also play a key role. The names she mentions in her statement will be seen as the key accused and if pieces of evidence are found they will be declared guilty by the court.

The much-talked-about rape case came to light earlier last week. Five people were named as the accused in the case and three people were arrested already. As two people are juveniles, the cops did not make their details out.
