Amnesia Pub Case: Person Who Leaked Video Arrested?

It is known that a sensational gang-rape issue came to light in Hyderabad earlier last week. The heat around the issue is not over yet. As a sensational development, the pictures and videos that are believed to be from the attack were leaked and Telangana BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao leaked the same to the media.
The video was found on WhatsApp and other social media platforms. The main question that has been hitting many heads is how the video was recorded and then leaked on social media platforms. With an MLA releasing the videos to the press, everyone is talking about the ten-second video clip.
The initial police investigation had found out that a person from the Old City had reportedly leaked the videos. Based on this, he was reportedly arrested by the investigation officers. As the victim is a juvenile, the pictures and videos of her cannot be shared without her consent.
As the video issue got wide publicity, the cops swung into action and arrested the youth who is believed to have leaked the video on the social media platforms. It is also said that the MLA might also face an arrest as he leaked the pictures and videos to the media directly.
Talking about the case, a few students reportedly took permission for a party. Besides the school students, their friends also attended the party. One of the accused in the case started talking to the victim and after the party, the victim reportedly went with the accused in an SUV vehicle.
Later, the victim was reportedly shifted to another vehicle, and the accused in the case sexually assaulted her in turns. Since the issue came out, the opposition parties have been accusing children from influential families as the accused in the case. Earlier there were reports that the grandson of the state Home Minister might be one of the accused in the case.
However, the investigation officers made it clear that no evidence has been found so far to hold the children of the influential families as the accused. To clear the doubts, the samples collected from the cars were sent to the labs and the results are awaited.
