Amruta Fadnavis, W/O Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, has turned into a playback singer. Yes, She crooned for a devotional song in Priyanka Chopra starrer 'Jai Gangaajal'.
The offer came Amruta's way when she was singing a song for another movie. She can't say no as 'Jai Gangaajal' is a female-centric movie and the song being a devotional number.
Though Amruta was nervous on the day of recording, Director Prakash Jha's calmness made things easy for her and she completed the work in a day and half.
When asked how did her husband react upon listening to the song, Amruta says Devendra Fadnavis was very much happy with the it turned out. Mahrashtra CM even feels 'Jai Gangaajal' will be a good start for his wife's singer career.
