Ever since the ongoing pandemic hit India, patients were in a state of fear to admit to the hospitals with some media outlets carrying out stories about lack of facilities in the hospitals and the kind of treatment they receive.
A similar incident took place in Karimnagar district in Telangana where an aged lady patient refused to be admitted into the hospital.
Going by the information provided by some media reports, an elderly lady who hails from Shankarapatnam Mandal tested positive for the respiratory disease. Following this, the locals dialed up an ambulance to give the information
The medical staff went to her house and made arrangements to take her to the hospital. Middleway to the hospital, the lady made the ambulance stop and escaped from there.
The staff members put in so many efforts to trace her details and got hold of her. After hours of struggles, the elderly lady agreed to admit to the general hospital for treatment.
