Anam angers Jagan, passes snide remarks on AP's financial position

Senior politician and dissident MLA from Nellore's Venkatagiri, Anam Ramnarayana Reddy, is not letting go any opportunity to spite at his party leader and chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He has even used a condolence speech on the floor of the AP legislative assembly to pass snide remarks against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his government.
Recently when the AP Assembly passed a resolution paying rich tributes to former Chief Minister K Rosaiah, Anam spoke of his association with the departed leader. But, he even used this opportunity to express his dissatisfaction over not being made a minister.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that Rosaiah was a picture-perfect of financial prudence. He said Rosaiah never went for an overdraft. He said he managed the finances very efficiently. This is being viewed as a direct indictment of Jagan government's handling of the finances. Reddy has in fact snubbed Jagan government's profligacy in the name of welfare schemes. The comment, coming as it is from some from within the party, has hurt Jagan more.
Sources say that Jagan was upset by these comments and is said to have expressed his anger. But, Anam, who is desperately seeking a ministry in Jagan cabinet couldn't care less. He continued with the speech unmindful of YS Jagan's discomfiture. Anam has time and again vented his desperation for a ministerial post. But, will such adverse comments get him a minister's post?
