TDP Government decided to implement the 2014 Poll Promise ahead of the next elections. What is it all about? Unemployment Allowance For Youth!
In Today's cabinet meeting, CM Chandrababu Naidu decided to offer Unemployment Allowance of Rs 1,000 per Month for 12 lakh Youth in Andhra Pradesh under Mukhya Mantri Yuva Nestam scheme. About Rs 640 crore a month will be spent for this poll sop to cover youth in the age group of 22 to 35.
Rs 1,000 Allowance will be offered to each one of the Unemployed Youth in the family. Youth can enroll to the scheme online to avail the benefits. Amount will be deposited in the bank accounts 15 days after the completion of enrollment.
It needs no brilliance to guess TDP Government has been implementing Unemployment Allowance from less than 9 Months before 2019 Elections to attract the Youth. Can this election gimmick yield votes for TDP? Not to forget that Chandrababu Naidu promised Rs 2,000 per month unemployment allowance during 2014 polls. Now, Only 50 percent of it is being offered. Most importantly, Nobody knows how long this scheme will be continued.
