Scuffle between YCP MLAs and Marshals

Soon after the proceedings began on Friday, YSR Congress MLAs were on their feet and stormed into the well raising slogans demanding discussion on Special Category Status.
Legislative Affairs Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu told State Government is willing to make a statement on Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's Special Assistance Measure (SAM) in the Assembly on Thursday itself but YSRC didn't allow it. He added, Discussion on Special Status will be added only after CM's statement.
YCP MLA Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy demanded for Discussion on Special Status without CM's statement. In response, Yanamala told, 'Rules of Jagan's residence Lotus Pond won't be applicable in the House'. Following which, A scuffle took place between YSRC MLAs and Marshals near the Speaker's Podium. Speaker Kodela asked YCP MLAs not to attack Marshals and behave themselves. 'YCP MLAs were committing a big mistake. This is how you behave in the Assembly?,' he questioned, apart from directing Marshals not to touch the Legislators.
