Chandrababu Naidu has been using all of his experience and brilliance to throw the blame on the Centre whenever he is facing criticism on any issue. Look what happened in the Polavaram issue.
After Centre issued a letter halting the tenders of Spillway, Chandrababu Naidu expressed his dissatisfaction over the hurdles created. He offered to return the responsibility of Polavaram Project within a day if Centre assures it will complete the work within time. In that way, CM placed the ball in the Centre's court. Centre realized it would prove costly for it after Naidu expressed his anguish. Even Opposition Parties began blaming the approach of the Union Government in completion of National Project. Immediately, Centre sent Union Minister to settle the matter directly with AP Government. AP BJP Leaders hardly had any role to play here.
On the other hand, AP Cabinet approved 5 percent reservation for Kapus by creating BC-F Category. Even AP Assembly had unanimously passed the resolution approving it. Now, The proposal will be forwarded to Centre after Governor's nod. Once again, Centre will be held responsible if it disapproves the recommendation of AP Government. Babu is making BJP Leaders cope with sleepless nights with his strategic moves.
