Govt denies permission to Jagan's 'Deeksha'

Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who is planning to undertake indefinite fast from September 26 at Guntur demanding special status to Andhra Pradesh received a big blow.Authorities in Guntur have denied permission to Jagan to hold an indefinite Deeksha.
The permission was being denied as there were several schools and hospitals near the venue. The authorities are also citied immersion of the Ganesha idols as reason and said that it would be affected by the dharna.
Recently Jagan and several leaders sought voluntary cooperation of all section of people for the successful conduct of Deeksha Responding on denying permission YSRCP MLAs Chand Basha and Vishweshwar Reddy said the TDP government was afraid of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
YS Jagan first announced that he would undertake an indefinite fast from September 15 at Guntur but but it was postponed in view of the Ganesh festival.
