Protocol Violation: An insult to Jagan?

AP Government hasn't been taking good care of the protection to be offered for Opposition Leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy. That's what the impression everyone is having upon knowing about the kind of vehicle being allotted for Yuva Neta.
On Wednesday, Jagan reached Gannavaram Airport for attending a programme in Guntur. He was supposed to travel in a bullet-proof vehicle from there. However, Police provided YCP Chief another vehicle citing the bullet-proof vehicle is neither clean nor its AC was in working condition.
Jagan had no other option but to travel in the same vehicle provided to him in the last minute. While he was on his way back to Gannavaram Airport, Even that vehicle's tyre got punctured in Mangalagiri. So, Jagan had reached the airport in a private vehicle.
State Government hasn't followed the protocol while handling matters related to Leader of the Opposition. What explanation does the concerned people would offer over this violation?
