Setback To TDP: HC Refuses To Reverse EC Order!

Election Commission transferred Intelligence DG AB Venkateswara Rao based on the compliant registered by YSR Congress Party. TDP Government moved High Court to reverse the order issued by EC.
Much to the shock of the Ruling Party, High Court refused to interfere in this matter. An order has been passed asking for implementation of the decision taken by the Election Commission without fail. AP Government has now now other option but to transfer the Intelligence DG.
Recently, Election Commission has transferred Intelligence DG, Kadapa SP and Srikakulam SP. TDP Government raised objection over the transfer questioning how can such a decision be taken without even conducting an inquiry on the allegations. In addition, It's been told that Election Commission can't have control over Intelligence-wing. However, High Court wasn't convinced by this argument of the Ruling Party.
Whether the State Government would move the Supremo Court or abide by the order of the High Court? Will AP Chief Secretary withdraw the GO cancelling the transfer of Intelligence DG at least now? Wait & See!
