Andhra Man Kills 20-Year-Old Daughter For Honour

Telugu People are yet to forgot the honour killing which happened in Miryalaguda few months ago. Amrutha Varshini's Husband Pranay was killed by a supari killer hired by her Father Maruthi Rao in the premises of a private hospital. And now, A honour killing took place in Andhra Pradesh.
Upon knowing that his Daughter is in relationship with a Youth from other caste, K Venkat Reddy strangled his 20-Year-Old Daughter K Vaishnavi at their residence in Kottapalem Village of Thallur mandal, Prakasam District. Thereafter, He informed relatives and villagers that his Daughter died of cardiac arrest.
Upon receiving information, Police rushed to the house of Venkat Reddy. They grew suspicious upon noticing injury marks around the neck of deceased girl. The body was shifted to the hospital for post-mortem. A case of suspicious death was booked.
Vaishnavi fell in love with her Classmate while studying B.Com in a private engineering college in Ongole Town. The Love Birds attempted to elope on February 2nd. Vaishnavi's Parents came to know about it and spoiled their plans. Venkat Reddy strangled his Daughter in a fit of rage during a heated argument.
